What does the Consultant Enablement Program offer you?

The Consultant Enablement Program (CEP) has been set up to launch our Consultants’ careers on a trajectory for continued success. The ideology behind this Program is based on the desire to empower consultants to become the future leaders of EMEA Consulting and is focused on developing the best management consultants in the industry. The Program is designed to allow consultants the flexibility to engage on projects across all of EMEA Consulting’s offerings within financial services while providing tailored training, networking, and engagement opportunities to foster a collaborative work environment.

 Examples of work and experiences included:

  • Implementing and advising on strategic client direction, risk and issues, and project goals.

  • Conducting structured data gathering, research, and analysis while evaluating controls to provide relevant recommendations for enhancing current operations.

  • Structuring, planning, and managing the execution of client deliverables.

  • Preparing, facilitating, documenting, and actively participating in client meetings and workshops.

  • Creating high-quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings.

  • Participating in the development of new market opportunities that will expand our business, the EMEA Consulting’s brand, and our global reach.

 Examples of projects included:

  • Derivatives Regulatory Project: Work with the client to implement regulatory requirements across the derivatives trading business by creating project plans, drafting business requirements, and working with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Digital Modernization Project: Determine improvements to the functionality for all online, mobile, and tablet banking, based on best practices across all industries and strategic client direction.

  • Image Capture Implementation Project: Work across business, technology, and operations domains to implement Check Image Capture across the client’s branch network.

 Professional Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant financial services and/or management consulting experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a relevant business, finance, or technology major, or must have a strong and passionate interest in business, finance, technology, and/or management consulting.

  • Cyber Security: Risk Management, Data Protection & Privacy, Data Leakage Prevention, Identity & Access Management, Suspicious Activity Monitoring, Forensics & Audit Trail, Threat Intelligence, Incident & Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity, IT Security Organization, Awareness & Training

  • Conducting Design Activity – proven ability to run effective workshops for client business users.

  • Business Case Development – proven project and modelling skills, to represent information in forms that enhance decision making and communications.

  • Best Practice Solutions & Tools – ability to advise clients regarding process improvement initiatives.

  • Strong PC skills (Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio and Project).

  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in cross-border/cross-disciplined teams at client sites.

 Personal Qualifications:

  • Highly energetic self-starter with a relentless focus on execution and exhibit the ability to:

  • Partner on end-to-end projects including strategy and operating model, project management, execution, and evaluation.

  • Strong desire to work in the financial services and management consulting industries.

  • Experience in structuring, planning, and managing small projects or sub-projects effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss complex ideas, present innovative approaches to implementing project deliverables, and present in a coherent manner.

  • Ability to analyze data to evaluate solutions with alternatives, and support recommendations.

  • Influence senior leaders and the business in a cross-functional, diverse environment to transform and change status quo.

  • Develop relationships and build a network throughout the firm and with clients.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and act as team player while delivering on high priority, time sensitive initiatives.

  • Feel comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and pivot when necessary.

  • Be self-reliant and work independently, and know when to ask for guidance.
